Common questions.

Do you hold inventory in stock?
No. We source equipment to your exact specifications from verified US dealers. This means you get the right unit — not just what happens to be on a lot.
How do I know the condition of the equipment?
Every unit is inspected before purchase. We provide detailed photos, video walkarounds, hour meter readings, and service history. You approve before any payment is made.
What documentation do you handle?
We coordinate title verification, export documentation, bill of lading, and shipping logistics. For UAE import, we guide you on customs requirements and duties.
How long does shipping take?
Typically 4 to 6 weeks from US port to Jebel Ali, depending on the departure port and vessel schedule. We keep you updated at every stage.
Do I need to travel to the United States?
No. The entire process is managed remotely. We inspect, document, and coordinate on your behalf. You review, approve, and receive — all from the UAE.
